I absolutely loved the beautiful decor throughout the hotel; it was warm and inviting, making my stay feel quite special. the accessible layout made it easy for seniors like me to move around and enjoy the lovely dining areas without any hassle.
The children working there could improve their meal service.

location: the hotel was short walk to close to local park with great kids water /skate / bike ‘ playgrounds, the bar / bistro and restaurant. all the staff was fairly friendly, solved my issues. i was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant which had a good selection of meals.
Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were absolutely rude.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
The beds were comfy, and it was convenient having a dining option just a short walk across the car park. the noise from nearby activities late at night made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

I recently checked into this motel and had a bit of a mixed bag experience. First off, let’s talk about the breakfast – it was seriously one of the highlights! They offered a great selection, and I loved that they even had fresh milk for my tea. There were nice biscuits too, which was a lovely touch. The staff were really friendly and seemed to genuinely care about making my stay comfortable, which I appreciate. On the downside, the room left something to be desired. I requested a quiet room, away from traffic noise, but ended up in one right next to a busy street. Ugh, so disappointing. It felt like I was sleeping on a lump of marshmallow with that mattress! Not cool when you’re trying to get a good night's sleep. Plus, the sliding glass door to the bathroom didn’t slide – more like it got stuck all the time. And when it did, light would flood into the room, which wasn’t ideal for sleeping in. Oh, and the housekeeping could use a little more attention; I found the shower dispenser all caked with old conditioner. Gross! the bathroom kind of leaked water onto the floor – just what you want to worry about during a shower, right? They had decent wi-fi, which is always a plus, and I appreciated that there was an electric kettle available. It made it easy to grab a quick cup of tea. But, surprise, no toaster due to fire alarm issues, so breakfast in the room was limited without that. if you plan on sleeping in, be warned about the early morning noises. I was jolted awake by some delivery trucks around 7am. I get hustle and bustle, but a little consideration wouldn’t hurt, especially for those of us who paid good money to stay there. All in all, it’s hard to be too negative—there were definitely some perks with the breakfast and staff, but the noise and room issues kept me from truly enjoying my stay. Definitely some potential here, but a bit more effort wouldn’t go astray!

We had a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, spacious and had good facilities including a kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels in the spacious bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with continental and cooked meal options. Bistro had great food. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes from a theatre.
None.

I recently stayed at a fantastic 4-star hotel that provided me with a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location of this place was excellent, situated in a great area with trucks unloading stock early morning, making it convenient for me to explore the surroundings. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made check-in easy and enjoyable. The housekeeping team ensured that the rooms were spotlessly clean and paid attention to every detail, even folding the towels and toilet paper in a cute and fancy way. They also provided excellent room service and a drive-through pick-up option for meals, which was incredibly convenient for my busy schedule. the amenities and services at this hotel were impeccable and enhanced my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

the bathroom was spacious, with ample towels and hot water. the friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was a real treat. We were impressed by the location, which was conveniently close to the pub but quiet at night. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch.
The only drawback was the early-morning noise caused by delivery trucks.
